Hiraya launches 'Higanteng Pagi’ journal for conservation

Hiraya Journal showcases the beautiful manta rays of the Philippines in their latest design, the “Higanteng Pagi”. They are also supporting conservation efforts for these majestic giants by donating a portion of each sale to LAMAVE.

LAMAVE studies manta rays — or ‘pagi’ in Filipino — in order to better understand their habitat use and interconnectivity to other populations. This helps us identify priority areas for their conservation and serves as a basis for establishing and enhancing management protocols for protected areas and migratory corridors for these animals.

Hiraya Journal is a Filipino company that manufactures and designs notebooks for every Filipino. Hiraya is an ancient Filipino word that means "the fruit of one's dreams, wishes and aspirations". In this case, it is our dream of a secure and prosperous ocean for marine life and people.

The journal, which features an illustration of these gentle giants on the cover, not only showcases their beauty but also provides an avenue for everyone (not just scientists) to make a direct impact in conservation.

When you purchase the Higanteng Pagi Journal, 10% of each sale supports LAMAVE’s marine conservation efforts in the Philippines!

Fulfil your dreams while helping us secure a prosperous ocean for wildlife and people. Get your Higanteng Pagi journal now! Don't miss out — there are limited copies available for this design.
